What does the price depend on?

  • Size of the accommodation – a studio requires less time than a spacious gîte with multiple bedrooms
  • Number of rooms and outdoor facilities – garden, terrace, swimming pool, or other assets are factored into the time required
  • Extras such as a virtual tour or drone footage of the surroundings
  • Preparation – via the Shoot Ready Service, if you do not have time for this yourself

What is included as standard?

Interior, exterior, and atmospheric images, professional post-processing, delivery in high resolution – without a limit on the number of selected photos. You therefore pay for the time and expertise, not for a limited number of images that you have to select from a small set afterwards.

Why a custom report is better than a fixed rate

A compact studio and a large eight-room gîte simply require a different amount of time. That is why we work with packages that match the size of your accommodation, instead of charging everyone the same – this way you do not pay too much for a small accommodation, and you get enough time for a large one.

And what if I also want a virtual tour or drone?

You can simply add these to your report – convenient for combining everything in one visit instead of sending someone over multiple times. This saves time and is generally more cost-effective than a separate assignment.

Does the investment pay for itself?

For most landlords, it does: professional images improve the conversion from viewer to booker, which often pays for itself within just a few bookings. Furthermore, you use the same images for years, across multiple seasons and on multiple platforms – so it is an investment that lasts a long time.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to repeat the photoshoot every year?

Not necessarily, unless you change the interior significantly or the accommodation looks clearly outdated in the existing images. Many landlords have new images taken every few years.

Do you also travel to the coast or the Ardennes for a photoshoot?

Yes, we photograph throughout Belgium. Travel costs are charged separately and transparently.

Can I combine the photoshoot with multiple accommodations at the same location (for example, a holiday park)?

Is there a difference in price between summer and winter?

No, our rates are not seasonal, although we do recommend taking into account the season that best showcases your accommodation (for example, a garden in bloom).
